# StataPile: AI Quality Assurance

> An early look at applied AI, at a firm analyzing call center recordings.

## What I worked on

StataPile analyzes call center recordings with AI for quality assurance and process optimization. I built spreadsheets for a detailed analysis of how accurately the company’s models interpreted consumer data.

I also revamped the backend of the company’s website for employees, and researched business-to-business growth strategies, presenting my findings to the executive team.
